Clutch hydraulic pipe leak

Hi all,

I have a 57 plate Freelander 2 with a small clutch system hydraulic leak.

The leak appears to be at the top of the bleed valve assembly on the way into the bellhousing. It doesn't look like it's the slave itself, because the whole of that plastic assembly was wet with brake fluid, and the leak seems to be running down the front of the bellhousing and dripping onto the floor. Is this a common fault? Is there an O ring in that join that's prone to failure, or is it really the slave with the fluid somehow running back along the pipe and coming out of the front rather than the bottom as usual?

Anyone got experience of anything like this with these? I have never really had to do much to mine.

All suggestions welcome!
