Help! Manual Gearbox Transmission oil - which one?!

My car is having a transmission, diff and transfer box oil change next week and I need to source the oils - difficult! I have bought the correct ones for the diff and transfer box. Yet I have spent hours endlessly looking for the spec for the manual transmission (gearbox) oil.. Spec - Castrol MTF97309, LR Part No. LR006247, 1.9 liters

Provided on the forum by another member, but had no luck. Not sure if its changed or no longer exists.

I've since bought the closest I could find, which is:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Castrol-Syntran...:rk:4:pf:0

Can someone just confirm that is the correct one? FL2 GS

Good choice. we use it sometimes

there is also one from International, the truck company which is a 15W45 multigrade 100% synthetic gearbox oil. A guy who worked for Castrol confirmed that it is fine.
It sells in 19 liter drums so it lasts for a while.

Caterpillar does a very similar one
