heated steering wheel only standard on post 2013 HSE or above spec, currently going at dealers for 16k upwards..... they are not only holding their value they are increasing screen prices on forecourts.

my brother is currently on the lookout for a FL2 (SSSHHHHH don't tell his Mrs ) and ive picked a couple of 2011 LE Sport but he doesn't like the stripe.
2 years I could have bought a 2011 Firenze Red LE Sport Auto, with LR approved warranty, reasonable mileage and some extras fitted for £14.5 k... they are still going for £13k now at decent non LR dealers

Just had a look at 14 reg SD4 auto approved used on the LR site and some of them are more expensive than when I bought mine nearly 2 years ago!
Actually I have an idea, how about suggesting to Honda that they start making FL2s in Swindon? With Japanese reliability they could be on to a winner and don't forget that the original FL1 came out of the Rover Group collaboration with Honda.  3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto

as has been said.... heating steering wheel is very very very very very very very nice on cold mornings

its one of those extras that I always said I was never bothered about and wouldn't pay extra for...... but now ive had it in my HSE i do kind of miss it in my Evoque

My last car, Jeep Renegade, had a heated steering wheel and it was brilliant. I really miss it on the FL2 but how about a heated gear knob. On a couple of mornings I thought my hand had stuck to it.

Didn't even know about it RogB but when driving home after picking it up I must have pulled the paddle as I thought WTF my steering wheels getting hot

Heated steering wheel is only second, on my hate list, to Lamp Guards .....
