It's been up for sale for a couple of weeks now on here, Ebay and Gumtree with no interest.

It would be great to get any feedback - Price too high? Not enough detail? Market Slow? Advertised in the wrong places?

If you were down here in Kent you probably would have shifted that by now.

I recently sold my Navara spent £50 on ad's in ebay and autotrader and sold it on Facebook for nothing!

100,000 miles is not even run in! Look at Mikehzzz FL2 - 319000 km.....that's where things are likely to go wrong and need replacing.....100k on a well maintained and cherished vehicle wouldn't put me off in the slightest!

Come in you lot, that's a bloody bargain for someone! You'd pay more for a 2008 plate!

We bought a 2008 last week for £2800, albeit with 147k miles

For not a lot more than the OP's asking price, I bought a 62 reg SD4 HSE

That said, I think its just the market just now.
I struggled to sell our previous HSE Sport, and had to drop the price twice and by £1500 in total to get the sale...

I think there's extremes of pricing at either end. All I can say is that it's been well looked after it's whole life. Serviced every 10k miles since new and anything that has needed done, has been straight away.

It's sitting on the drive not making me money, but also keen not to give it away. I'd rather sell the wife's car and give her the FL2.

I've stuck it up on Autotrader as well despite their stupidly expensive fees so will see how it goes.

Its worth bottom book and no more - just like every other FL2. Sad Thats how the rigged market works and as a trade in you may get more but its not that your cars worth more its whats in the whole deal. Went through all this recently with my 13 plate and decided to keep it rather than give it away. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
FL2 MY13 TD4 GS Current

For £7200 that is one cheap quality car, if I were you I would leave the wife drive it & drive it into the ground. I have done it myself but changing cars for the sake of it is a mugs game.

Too late for that as I don't want the cost of running two cars for myself.

Now reduced to £6990

Price looks good for a 2010, I have been looking around all over the place for the past few weeks and your price seems very fair but what might be putting a lot of people off is the trim level being GS, TBH we are only looking at HSE and above because we want the leather and light interior, I believe a lot of LR buyers want the “prestige” look which to most includes leather and all the toys.

On a practical level there is no difference between the models but nowadays buyers are more vain than logical...... Regards

David

Lovely i6 has now gone, but not me......

Please let me know if anything in my post offends you, as I may wish to offend you again......
