Front grill attachment lugs

Hi Guys - excuse me if this is duplicated, but I did searched the forum...
My 2010 pre-facelift front grill attachment lugs have sheared. I am referring to the top, painted centre portion of the grill where it attaches to the top valance (the flat piece fastened with 4 bolts where the bonnet latch goes through). There are 10 lugs here if I remember correctly and the grill upper lugs clip into the top valance.
The lower edge of this centre portion of the grill also has lugs where it attaches to the centre grill - the silver piece directly below. These lugs have also sheared off. In other words, when you pull lightly on the upper part of the grill, it is completely loose. The lower part of the bumper is still secure however. The bumper has never been removed before.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
Any volunteer for a fix please? Looking from the top, I do not see any easy fix and would really appreciate some advice without having to re-invent the wheel.

The lugs are very rugged and take a lot of load by the looks of things. It seems they have sheared due to the broken ends being clearly chafed - and that seems to be due to vibration. The vehicle has been subjected to vibration for 1000's of km of dirt and corrugated roads on the long scenic backroads on touring holidays, but I would have thought that this should not be a Land Rover issue. My previous Disco 1 did over 200,000 km in worst conditions in Africa - and only the doorlocks stopped working. This was due to the adjustment screws unadjusting themselves, but fixable. Nothing ever broke.

Those broken lugs will need a permanent mechanical fix on the inside - unfortunately glue and tape will be very temporary.
I will try and get a photo attached. In retrospect, it seems that the lugs are under some pre-tension to locate into the holes during assembly. Anything with a tensile load is bound to shear sometime or other.

^^^ What he said. From the factory there're long lugs that get plastic welded. I removed my insert to paint it and tried rewelding it but it didn't hold. Tigerseal is your friend.
