Battery Low and engine power reduction

Good evening, I have a problem with my Freelander2, 2.2 TD4, 2007, two days ago on the highway I got the message: engine power reduction, after which obviously the car lost power and finally the engine stopped. On the emergency lane I tried 2, 3 times to restart and the message appeared: Battery Low! I specify that I changed the battery 2 years ago, in the morning it started immediately. I took it to the mechanic, but after two days he said that he ordered a new battery, but the car doesn't start at all now... could it be the Alternator?
does anyone have any ideas or know where the mass comes to the motor? pictures? thank you in advance

Try Double locking and leaving it for 20mins or so.

Or Try a hard reset of electronics.

The Freelander needs a very good newish battery to avoid problems with electronics.

What Error Codes are in the system? FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
