You have added this to a fuel system fault discussion ? Rolling Eyes

Its never going to be picked up by those with an electrical problem interest so I suggest you move it to the appropriate place and then maybe do better verbal description of what you physically did to get the blue light to flash on as we have no idea if it did it or not by flashing other motorists. Were you just flashing the headlights ? if you select main beam does the odometer stop fully ? FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Having been in touch with the garage who supplied the car, they have agreed to contribute to the repair costs and upgrade my current warranty, so it has been settled without further hassle

So to be clear was it just a fuel filter or was further work carried out. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Hi Yorkie, yes at the moment everything is still working only the fuel filter was changed. A genuine Land Rover one was fitted. Despite been recorded as been replaced 8000 miles previously well was it done? was it a genuine Land Rover filter?? who knows.

The fault has not returnded since the RAC dropped the filter, so hopefully they just unintentionally cleared a temporary blockage and the new filter will prevent any further re-occurence. Fingers crossed it has sorted the issue.
