Nextbase dashcam playback

I've downloaded the Nextbase Relay 3 software to view footage from my dashcam (Nextbase 512GW). Ive noticed that when playing back footage that the video seems to stop briefly every few seconds then restart, a bit like buffering on a youtube clip. When I play the dashcam clip via media player there are no issues with the video and it runs smoothly. I have copied the files off the dashcam onto my PC so there is no issue insofar as transfer speed etc.

Does anyone else have this problem with the Nextbase software? I've uninstalled the software and reinstalled it but I still have the same issue with it. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Cheers Yorky, I’ll have a look at that software. It might be a computer issue, I’ll put the Nextbase software on my laptop and try that first. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.
