England 2010 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Santorini Black
Bottom inter cooler hose

Hi all,

A while back I replaced the top hose which connects a plastic type hose to the throttle body. I believe there is a lower pipe also which connects to the plastic hose and to...the intercooler? (sorry not a mechanic).

Is this a pain to get at? Was going to replace it as i done the top one so figured might be worth doing it.

Thanks 2010 HSE SD4 in Santorini black

It can be done but its a bit of a pig to get at the hose clip and a self tapper that secures a plastic retaining clip that secures the hose to the radiator frame. You have to remove the engine undertray to get access. It helps if you have small hands!
