Terrain Response strange issue

Hi Guys and Gals,

Looking for a bit of advice on a really strange issue. I have a LandRover Freelander 2, 2.2 TD4, 2007. I have never changed the terrain response option until last week when we had snow and used the Snow/Ice setting for a few days. Now the snow as gone I want to use general mode as i did before but everytime the ignition is switched on, it always goes back to Snow/Ice and I have to manually change it, According to the user manual, after 6hrs of the ignition off, general is automatically set back to default, but not in my case, I can leave the car for 2 days and it will still revert back to Snow/Ice when ignition turned on.

Any ideas and info would be gratefully received on what to do.

Cheers

Paul

Hmmm, strange. I wondered whether putting a diagnostics thing on and maybe clearing fault codes (if any would do it). It will obviously cost but not sure it will even work. I have never changed it from General since we have had the car, so I don't know whether this is a fault or just something that will sort itself out.
