Like your optimism but think it will be closer than you think, as Sam Warburton said this is the closest tournament yet as France will bounce back after losing like that, Scotland will be out to erase that performance from their minds and Italy will take points off someone this year.

But to give respect where it's due, beating England should be a benchmark for progress, as like it or not they are one of the best teams in the world (gritted teeth)

My thinking is the number of penalties given away (plus the ones not given) by England would give you a great chance as Laidlaw seems to have his eye in and Russell surely cannot have 3 bad ones in a row!!!
My dilemma is..we go to Ireland with a point to prove, beat them and virtually hand the Championship to England. If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.
