Newbie saying Hi

Morning FL forum, just a quick Hi from a newbie returning to FL2 ownership following a 4 year sabatical with a Nissan Murano



Previously owned a MY08 TD4 HSE and have now taken ownership of a MY14 FL2 Metropolis - Have to say it's good to be back!

TBH Nick I didn't go out for a FL I was after a 3 ltr Infiniti QX70 S Premium. My Murano dci was 7 years old and was starting to flag up issues that the main stealers didn't know how to - or were wanting a fortune to fix due to it age and being a rare beast ( 1400 for a timing belt it didn't have, 1640 for an electronic steering lock, 718 for an 02 sensor....) - I couldn't find a cream leather QX70 and the DS HSE Lux and Jag F-Pace are just out of my willing price range so's enter FL2. I'd had an MY08 HSE prior to the Murano and it had been a pretty decent car (apart for the dreaded Haldex) so's upon searching found this Met with 27k for reasonable monies from Stratstone.

What can I say 6 days later I'm the pig in the proverbial without the worries of the Nissan going t1ts up on me Surprised MY2014 SD4 Freelander II Metropolis
