Can anyone please recommend an independent garage to service a 2013 Freelander 2 in the Stafford/Stoke/Derby area.

I can thoroughly recommend Infield 4x4. Nice people and good service. I’ve also used Staffordshire 4x4 in Stoke if that’s nearer to you. They were fine, used them for pads and disks all round and an A service. Pretty cheap too.

Or look to see if your nearest LR dealer is doing the over 3 years cheap service deal. A=£250 B=£350 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

i got a B service done at Hunters Derby before Xmas under the 3+ scheme so yes £350 (and £275 for the A service) all inclusive (but excluding £10 for courtesy car)

I know Hunters have other franchises nationally and a few others are still doing the scheme. To my mind all of them should do the scheme as it keeps repeat custom.

I go to David Naylor at Shirland nr Alfreton does a good job at a fair price
