strangest tenant call ever at work

Panicking call from tenant saying he has a major water leak, attended this morning to be taken in to bathroom, towels all over floor below toilet, showing me the inline stop-valve to the cistern and saying how it got worse when he isolated it, and then a wall in the kitchen which water was flooding out and only stopped when he turned off the switches in the cupboard (power to hot water tank/immersion) . Everything was bone dry, even the towels he had been mopping up all this water with.

He then went on to say he could see water coming out of the stop valve when i reinspected it, and then coming out of a turned off tap

He put it down to sleepwalking/dreaming, but that doesn't explain why he could see water when i was there now

Yes it is worrying if you have a number for any family members I would give them a ring,poor old guy.

There are some almshouses in our village, including a clock tower, the clock mechanism is in a sub room of one of the upper floor flats.
Anyway, the tenant is proud of this and maintains it himself keeping the time bang on,it was jammed when he moved in.
He offered the postman a chance to come up and look at his 'clock'. the postman took this the wrong way and made a strong advance on the unsuspecting tenant. At work
