i6 tuning chip. Your thoughts.

https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Chip-Tuning-Box-L...3040796149

Found this on eBay. Now I had the Roveron Synergy II box on my F1 Td4 and it was excellent. But I'm always a little sceptical about cheaper chips that claim to offer so much. It seems to be just a device that controls the MAP sensor ., as opposed to the MAF sensor in a diesel engine.
The guys feedback from customers is outstandingly positive , catering for nearly everything you can think of from the latest Golf to Metro's.
Ideas and views welcomed.

Only buy a box from a known company and one that goes between the ECU and injectors.
The one in the link is a poor attempt to fool a sensor which is not the way to go

In Germany i would recommend https://www.racechip.de, they do quality stuff but most of their boxes are equipped with maps compatible for DPF FL2, for example older FL2 in Germany are 152 HP Vs. UK 160 HP, in this case same box can not work on both, not sure how much it is applicable for the I6.

In the UK the http://www.mybluefin.co.uk/ have good reputation but note it is not a box but a flash tool

I have had my I6 remapped by my local tuner how also is a LPG convertor and its not really worth it.
The car has no turbo so you will only get 15BHP or so extra.
No body on the net will offer it in the UK but i know a company called Celtic Tuning(Google them) will set one up and run it on there Dyno, I've had my 2015 Jumbo Ford Transit done by them and they sent it from 125 BHP to 200 for £350 inc VAT.
