LR2 vs RHD vs LHD Xenon shutters

Can anyone please tell me if the US Xenons have the shutter that opens when the dipped beam is changed to high beam?
And do the halogens also have this shutter or only the Xenon lights?

Thanks!

If your car is 13my on then yes and yes, I don't know on earlier models.

All of them have the shutter as the DRL cluster in the headlight is where the full beam bulb would have been fitted had the cars not been equipped with DRL's MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

you would think that with the massive size of the headlight unit that when they started with DRL and signature strip they would have designed a whole new set up to fit in the existing casing instead of going for the cheapest option and using a crappy single bulb set up.

so if it's earlier than my13 and has a separate main beam then why would it need the shutter?
