On some models of freelander, the wing mirrors had puddle lights in the bottom of the wing mirror, does anyone know if the wiring is there as standard on all models?

i don't believe it is for some strange reason.

I think some have a blanking panel underneath and the wiring is there, and some have no blanking panel so no wiring..... but this doesn't seem to be a hard and fast rule.

its like some have the footwell light bulb holders but no bulbs, plug a bulb in and they work but sometimes they don't. Some don't have the holders at all even though they are the same model as others that do

seems to be LR are fitted with whatever wiring loom the fitter grabbed at the time... pot luck
