I love the F Pace but its too big for my needs (and currently too expensive)

I am loving the 1st look of the E Pace though and the starting price of £28500 is good too.

Last brand new Jag I was in I was appalled at the lack of quality of the interior.

I looked at the F Pace not long ago but when you close the door it's very claustrophobic. Feels like sitting in a D2 or even a defender there ain't much room for your right elbow. MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

Is that because of all that time spent in the gym and wrestling sheep Ed ? Laughing

I haven't sat in an F Pace, only seen them from the outside but absolutely love the look of them. The E Pace just seems to be a smaller version with a different interior.

The XE R Sport I had for a month from LR Assist was a very good car IMO, well put together with quality materials but just couldn't fit the dog in the boot Shocked Laughing

Im not sure its any better than a similarly equipped Mondeo or Insignia etc, so I wouldn't pay for a new XE but after changes in my circumstances I would definitely get a used XE R-Sport now. (although I would prefer and E Pace R-Sport having seen it)

I'm liking the E-Pace but at £46,810 for my spec seems a bit steep. I went for the R-Dynamic S P250 with a couple of options. I could probably shave a few £££s of it by deleting some of the meaningless options I added.

Don't think I'll be chopping the D5 in for one. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

I like the f pace looks .. interior is a bit cheap plasticy.. the e pace looks like a Mazda at the rear and has fiesta front lights & what's with the stupid grab handle that comes out of the dash ? It makes a smallish car look smaller. Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

Well it's not British built (made in Austria) and based on the same platform as the DS and Evoque! Seems like a lot of car have spawned /spawning off the "Dated Freelander 2". MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

Common platform usage is good, good for amortisation of capital costs that is . "High spec"on a common platform is great for profit as the costs of up-specifying are not directly proportional to the increase in car price. couple that lot with PCP and I'm sure you will be seeing loads of them on the roads very soon. 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

I'm impressed by the launch stunt but the E Pace is of no interest to me - as it stands I feel the Discovery Sport is a bit overpriced but having had a quick play specifying my own on the websites the LR seems to be reasonable value all of a sudden.

Have no appetite at all for either an F Face, an E Face or a DS - sorry to say. I do like the look of the F but a read through the Owners Forums on the F and the DS makes dire reading for someone who is a fan and has owned Jag or Landie for 20 years. The quality of the cars is cause for serious concern - how for example can Jag have made such a ballix with spec for the leather seats - something that Jag used to excel at? The headlong pursuit of volume has got to be at the expense of quality - it would have been better to get the F Face thoroughly sorted before turning out another variant. Car buyers nowadays are more aware of their rights but the Rejection rates for F Faces and DS must surely be raising an eyebrow with Dealers even if JLR hierarchy seem oblivious.

Thank you!!!! That front end has been bugging me for days it looked very familiar and its those front lights - look just like my partners old Fiesta Mk6 one's!!

Nice looking car and would like to see one in the flesh to see how small it actually looks, priced one up and it came in at £49K - maybe not..... Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black

The E Pace looked very nice when I saw one. The interior looked stunning in a tan colour, unfortunately I couldn't get in to have a proper look. There is a nice detail on the windscreen surround of the one I saw, the black edge of the screen having a picture in in it. You'll have to look for yourselves though.

Gav.
