Smoke/Steam/Vapour

The vertical air vent to the left of the sat nav screen has some Smoke/Steam/Vapour coming out, not much, doesn't smell of anything, no warning lights, temp gauge is spot on, nothing to show under the bonnet or dripping on the floor.
2007 i6.
Anybody any ideas? Common sense isn't very common.

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Stornoway Grey

I had this when I had the air con on for about an hour, then turned the fan off with the air con still switched on. Assumed it was water condensing, and so switched the fan back on and it dissipated. "We're in danger, we've got to get out."
"What are you talking about?"
"I've been called a ponce."

Thanks for the link taztastic, spot on.
the drain pipe on mine is on the drivers/right side and is cream/white colour, couple of squeezes and water came out of the pipe, not as much as some people said but shows it was blocked. Common sense isn't very common.
