2007 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Indus Silver

Staged shut down.

On locking up the freelander,I note that there are three shut downs I'e buzzing,stop,buzzing stop,buzzing the what sounds like a valve openning..when I get time I will but an ammeter in line with the battery to check current flow as the shut down takes place.

I would be more worried about no buzzing. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Last shut down.

What do you think the valve opening is ,if it was a petrol I would say an anti run on valve.its somthing exhausting or expelling air.

Throttle body reset - loads of info on here as they fail.
