United Kingdom 2012 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Firenze Red

I would be happy with those readings now. Hopefully points to a poor quality/faulty oil filter. Would suggest a longer run to try to replicate conditions when you had the light coming on and all should now be good. Lucky no damage done and you haven`t had to spend a fortune getting it sorted! Thumbs Up

I'll see how it goes and if all is well I'll update the post. It may help others. Smile Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !
Now retired so it doesn't matter anymore.
Freelander now gone.

My post early in your thread was based on something an old mechanic guy I knew said many moons ago if you've got an oil pressure problem try the oil and filter it's the cheapest start and a lot of times works. Happy your problem is sorted.
