The indication panel remains off

We would appreciate if you could give a solution to the following problem:
After an update of firmware (by the service representative), the indication panel (external temperature etc) remains off.
Then, they retries some checks without result.
Thanks in advance for your help.

My car is 2007 - gasoline

There is a procedure, inside SDD (the dealer diagnostic tool), for setting the indication panel contrast.
Maybe, by some coincidence, the contrast was set to minimum.
If this won't work, to retry the software update.

The light of mentioned panel is light on as the lights of car dial (fe speedometer).
The problem is that it doesn't display any indication (ie external temperature, consumptions, gear position).
It is empty (blank).
You can see a photo of gallery.
