I recently purchased an 07 GS with 155K miles and had a full service & checkover at work
there was an oil leak at end of the rod where you can activate the flaps, and it was broken so took the plunge and ordered a new Inlet Manifold which is currently being fitted.
below are the photos of the old one after we had removed it.
