Valuation advice please

Hi all,

Have had my car for just over a year now but have been offered a Range Rover at a great price so want to sell the Freelander. Would be grateful for some advice on the value please.

It's a 2011/60 Freelander SD4 Auto XS in Stornaway Grey with black interior, Sat Nav, Heated Seats and Armrest. It's done 86000 miles with a full service history and has recently had a major service and the Haldex unit serviced.

Thanks in advance!

England 2015 Freelander 2 SD4 Metropolis LE Auto Loire Blue

Best bet is to go on Autotrader and see what they are currently going for. I suspect most of us on here will value our cars higher than they would really fetch were we to sell them. FL2 Metropolis, Loire Blue, ebony/ivory

Hi and thanks for the advice, they seem to be advertised from around £10500 and upwards so guess I will pitch it around there?

Don't forget that you will be selling it as a private buyer with no warranty so could be a couple of grand less than forecourt prices. If you are buying the Range Rover from a dealer then in my experience they are usually happy to look up and advise on prices for you even if not doing a part exchange.
I recently sold my son's L200 on Gumtree. I put it on there and a few days later a dealer from about 150 miles away called and sent someone down to complete the deal and drive it away. Cost nothing to advertise it so cheaper than Autotrader or ebay motors. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto

Autotrader will also suggest a price when you start to write an advert. That's what I used to check whether a trade in price I was offered was realistic or taking the P. MY13 Santorini Black SD4 HSE
