United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 Metropolis LE Auto Fuji White
12v power sockets

Hi to all you experts out there.
My previous, MY08 SE had a very useful 12v socket by the handbrake which was always on. Great for keeping things charged.
My lovely new MY14/64 Metropolitan has two up-front 12v sockets but they're only on with the ignition.
Can this be changed at all please? Question I've decided to stop being a good example and will now just be a terrible warning.....
2008 TD4HSE - gone but much loved.

Get a competent auto electrician to take a new permanent feed out of fuse box to one of them or do it yourself. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
