You need the adaptor kit which is designed to attach the feet to the vehicle. To fit it you open all four doors and the bracket rests against the door surround. Once everything is tightened up it holds the roofbars in place and doesn't appear to damage to paintwork in anyway. The adaptor kit I mentioned is specific to the Freelander 2. |

My new FL2 is being delivered nexty week and dealer has confirmed that roof rails can be fitted by them.

Hooray 'another one', thats exactly what I said to the sales guy when I drove a Disco3....felt very vague!!! FL2 felt so crisp in comparison, so ended up buying the HSE FL2. Got the Landy roof rails as wanted them as a permanent fixture. My dealer fitted the 'non sunroof' bars, whislted like f |

I paid £105.00 for the feet, adaptor kit, locks, and standard bars plus a pack of tie down straps. The aerodynamic bars were about another £20 I think. |
