Rear disc pads and handbrake

Hi all, if you have replaced your rear discs and pads and handbrake shoes

Where did you get your parts from and what did you pay?

I am motoring on a budget but I still like to buy decent parts

I've not change the brakes on the freelander yet but can recommend Pagid brake pads. Never had any squeaking from them and don't seem to put brake dust all over the wheels like some do. Euro car parts is one place that sell them.

just done front and rear discs (mintex) pads and shoes from my local indy for £177.00, mine's a i6 so has bigger discs. Common sense isn't very common.

Norway 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Tambora Flame

I bought the Britpart XS range rear brakes from Island 4x4. Seems to be decent parts for a reasonable price. The XS range seems to be of a better quality (shall be OEM specifed) than other low range Britpart parts. The discs came with a anti corrosion coating which I have only seen on more expensive makes. Working perfect so far.
