Want to change discs and pads all round and because I do a lot of towing thought I would upgrade at the same time.

Well, even the discs on our Evoque Dynamic are solids. I'd had thought thought that if they had upgraded the rear brakes on a Freelander to vented, it would have carried on to the Evoque range - after all, it's only a Freelander in a pretty frock!

my I6 has vented rear, I think you can fit them but will need new callipers as well. Common sense isn't very common.

You could upgrade to the larger diam front disks - easy conversion - larger diam disks from the petrol FL2, uses same pads and calipers for diesel FL2 , just replace caliper carrier with the petrol version (available on Ebay) http://www.freel2.com/forum/topic25773.html Jules |

Anyone tried pagid discs and pads on the FL2 I have used them on FL1 and my MGZT always been good and come coated which lasts even longer if you add a little silver hammerite before fitting |
