Front parking sensors

Why do LR not fit front parking sensors to the Dynamic? They are fitted on my XS, which I thought
was a model down from the Dynamic. Are they available as a kit to add? 2013 Dynamic Santorini black
2011 XS Lago grey
2007 HLS Stornoway grey
sometimes towing an Elldis AVANTE 574.
