4 miles east of Boroughbridge so handy for motorway.

Security being shed can be locked, it only has one door and something heavy will be infront of the door, forklift moveable heavy weight or similar, may invest in lockable bollards if it is required. otherwise a WW2 truck an also be parked blocking the door.

cost wise . no idea whats a favourable charge? this is a fully enclosed shed not just an open sided barn. pay a bit less if you dont mind being blocked in a bit, more if you want short notice access. At work

no straight up.
I am clearing a shed with 40 year old grain handling drying equipment in, getting a local demolition firm in to dismantle the machinery , leaving a 40' x 80 ft shed empty.

My mate is going using some of the space to store military vehicles, the rest is open to offers.
I have stored vans before, we had two here at one time and a largish boat.

Started selling off the accumulated junk from the shed recently, doing my back in today lifting a HGV wheel and tyre into a pickup, the buyer was thinking two in the back one on the front seat one on the rear seat Rolling Eyes
he did two trips eventualy. At work

Bit far out for me I'm afraid.

To give you an idea about costs, I pay £210 per year on a site with full CCTV, security fence all round, and gated access. The owner lives onsite. Updated- Waiting for a Scotland v England 6 Nations home win. 24th Feb 2018
