What fun car would you buy with up to £35K

Having regrettably sold my modded BMW 330D estate last year and now longing for something to replace that hole in my soul Im now making plans for next year.

But there are too many nice cars to choose from ...

Some cars Ive considered (with silly comments)- would be different ages and mileage but similar price range

TVR Tuscan 2 CURVY MADNESS
TVR Chimeara 4.5 or 5 L V8 CLASSIC MADNESS
Ford Focus RS PRACTICAL RALLY CAR
Porsche Cayman IMPRACTICAL LOOKER
Golf R EXCELLENT BUT LOOKS LIKE A GOLF
BMW 235i/240i FAST Q CAR

Any other suggestions Jules

Morgan Plus 4 or 4/4? You would never lose much money with that either.

Audi Avant RS6. For that money it would be around 5 or 6 years old with the mega V10 motor and tiptronic.

What more could I want ? a 160mph all wheel drive supercar that could take me fishing Rolling with laughter ... and leave a whole bunch of more exotic looking motors looking a bit sick in real world driving.

I'd probably have to start working again though to pay for the petrol ! 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

2016 Subaru Outback SE 2.0 diesel SE Premium Lineartronic Sold 2024 after 8 years and 80k miles . Best Car I ever owned !

2023 Toyota Hilux invincible X 2.8 Auto .

Up to £35k. I'd say the Vantage would be more fun but the DB9 is still an epic car for this kind of money.

pondered on this and i kept looking at Porsche Cayman , Mitsubishi Evo X, Subaru STD's, Ford RS's, Audi RS variants

but the one that i kept looking at the longest was the Jaguar XKR Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
