2014 Freelander 2 SD4 Metropolis LE Auto Santorini Black

Thumping into gear in slow moving traffic

Is it normal for there to be a thud when moving in slow moving traffic? It's like there is some slack in the gears When moving slowly from 2nd in to 1st.

Mine had been doing it, latest software updates to the gearbox cured it

Thinking about it do you know what year the latest software was released? As mine is a 2014 model.
