I will second that proposition, but you will have to take up walking the dogs again asap (After permission from your GP) or you will be putting on stones (Or kilos) if you prefer.
In the meanwhile keep use up to date on your next mode of transport and of course reports on the Series 3 rebuild.
You have of course bought it?

Bill,
Still trying to persuade the local farmer to part with it!!
It's now been a month since I've had my gallbladder removed and it's been rather er, unremarkable.
I'm off out walking twice every day for an hour and I've found nowt that I can't eat. There was a concern that because the bile duct had become blocked with gallstones and the bile backed up into my liver, that there could be some long term damage. My liver function results were all abnormal. Yesterday I had the results of my post op liver function and it's now all 100% normal. A lifetime of drinking a moderate amount of beer and the occasional red wine has had no effect. Thank the Lord I don't touch the strong stuff.
I'd just like to add that my Mother suffered the same thing but did nothing about it. She had to have a liver transplant and eventually died due to rejection of the new organ.

My new little Ford B Max is a smashing car, that three cylinder 998cc engine is remarkable.
But I can now feel the potholes and speed bumps............... Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Hi Greg,

Glad to hear the good news and that you are back to fitness levels which you can lead an active life with.

Now you need to up your persuasive powers on the farmer that the Series 3 will be going to a good home where it receive the love and attention it deserves.

In the meantime I will keep you up to speed with any rally's which will be using the forest. Although as a resident you should have been informed of all details of Rally GB which affect your location.

Best Regards, Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
