I think the UK is going to be alright in the end as Ive just watched Top Gear and it was much better - to the point in fact where I actually enjoyed it.

I tend to agree, although the only thing saving the first episode from that dubious accolade was that it at least featured a Land Rover.

I thought it was easily the best yet. The real weakest link is definitely Chris Evans. I fast-forwarded the "celebs" section but thoroughly enjoyed the rest, particularly the Rolls Royces.
