Noise and vibration from rear passenger side

Anyone able to give me any suggestions. Only happens on long journeys when I'm sitting at 70mph. It is like you are constantly driving on a white line. Will disappear as quickly as it started. Can feel it through the brake pedal when you break. As I said it comes and gos. Any suggestions?

If you can feel it through the brake pedal (and not the handbrake?) and only after travelling a distance then I would first of all stop and check if any of the discs are hot. This could be caused by a sticking caliper. I had a similar thing once on my FL1 and it turned out to be that a caliper wasn't free to slide properly so it heated the disc and in my case started a squeeking noise. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
