coolant low warning

had this message pop up a few weeks ago, pressing OK wouldnt clear it. When I got home ( was driving in C london) i topped up the coolant to the max mark

yesterday started the car, same warning.Checked under the bonnet and the coolant was at the right mark ( near max)

pressed OK and the message went away and hasnt re appeared

Any ideas ?

Sorry not sure I had a similar fault and that was what LR suggested but after I topped it up it has not happened again (yet) but was told it's in the plastic bottle , so I assume it must just clip in the bottom.
