Thoughts and prayers are with the victims and relatives.

Sadly we will never stop evil acts such as this until we eradicate the vile political ideology that Islam really is.

Islam is not a violent religion, but there are Muslims who interpret it in a violent way. The same as Christianity really. You only have to look at the Northern Ireland issues or the Celtic/Rangers football issues, all using protestant/catholic differences as an excuse.

what it comes down to is individual groups of people who want to kick off for whatever reason, and religion is used as an excuse.

you cant tar all of the Islamic world with the same brush, in the same way you cant tar all Protestants or Catholics with the same brush.

It is not a question of intrerpreting Islam - Islam is what it is and that is clearly given in the Quran. People who say it is the way the "religion" (or any other religion for that matter) is interpreted. But why then, if what is written is not what was meant then why write something other than what was meant and leaving it to everyone else to interpret it in the way they see it?

The pure and simple facts of Islam are written in the Quran and the writings of Mohammed and this is what is being followed by Islamic State and others. I agree not all Muslims will carry out acts of violence but they all support Islamic domination and the imposition of Sharia law over and above any law or rule of democracy. If anyone doubts this then please study islam as I have.

Those in charge of the country, well they'll just condemn it in a news report, and a fat lot of good that does!

A little worrying that Nuclear Power plants are being evacuated and it seems more of the exploding god botherers are at large, having found a discarded bomb belt.

I dare say in light of today's tragic events, special forces will be deployed to nuclear plants just in case the cowardly murdering pieces of sh Censored t show up with more bombs LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

They will, but having worked in many nuclear plants, I doubt that a drone full of explosives could cause a catastrophic event, the same structure that keeps a nuclear reaction in will certainly keep one out too. There are sensitive weak spots but they wouldn't be easy to access and certainly not by someone in person.

I spoke with a colleague earlier, off to Paris Disney next week, not for me, I wouldn't give in to terrorists but neither would I put my family or myself in harms way if there was a way to prevent it.
