Nice pics! Thumbs Up
Great little gentle lane that isn't it. No real challenge at all it's just gravel! Infact when I did it a few weeks ago someone in an old Ford fiesta was half way along it Rolling Eyes
Have you tried the lane from near Commondale over towards the Danby Road? Thats a bit more interesting!

Thanks. Smile

No we have not done that one. We are quite new to the green lanes and at the moment like to find the "easier" ones Thumbs Up

I'm new to it all too. The other lane just has some bigger potholes. Well within the cars abilities. It can be done by yourself but would recommend another car just incase! It's not as nice for a recovery truck to get to as the danby beacon to leaholm one!

Bit tricky at the beginning and end but other than that OK.

I haven't yet no. It looked like one I'm best waiting for a second car to go with! I think you can get right up to Bloworth crossing from there, I think thats a fairly flat road once up there (from memory of walking it at least!) but getting down at Ingleby end could be a bit iffy in a Freelander (big rocky steps, found this on Youtube shows the steps

The whole of Rudland Rigg is do-able from what I've heard
