Is there an easily accessible fuse anywhere that will give me a switched live that gets enabled when the doors are unlocked?

There are a few circuits but I wouldn't recommend tapping into them as they either power the ECU and other modules as it will cause a lot of electrical issues. Doing so might damage your ECU or cause the modules not to go into sleep mode resulting in a constant battery drain.
