General Grabber GT Time for new

Just had to have the front tyres swapped over as the tread had about 1mm above the worn out indicator, maybe a little more but had got quite bald on the outer edges. So thought why not and get the 4 wheel alignment done at the same time

Happy to say the fronts have done loads better than the continentals that I used to use on the previous car (they too went bald on the edges) these I got 15275miles out of Very Happy about 4000 more than others

LR must have also gotten the tracking and geometry right by the end of the FL2 production as there was only one slight adjustment needed unlike the last two FL2 I have had Wink

Rear wheels moved to the front, so they should see me right for a few miles more and new to the rear all balanced up and pressures correct, not bad considering they were £112 a wheel fitted and £40 for full alignment check and adjust Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I fitted 4 general grabber at's on my FL2 at 80000miles. Just done 112000 and they still have 5mm left on them. Well pleased with that.

i do a lot of inner town driving, so wear rates are quite high for me, compared to motorway cruising Confused Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
