LOUD!!! Traffic Announcements

My Traffic Announcements blast out and scare people! I reset the volume during announcements, but next time it is very loud again. Any clues, please? It's a 2014 vehicle,
standard audio system. Also bluetooth connection to iPhone music is quiet. I didn't get where I am today by being sensible!

There is a separate screen within the menu where you can preset volume levels, simply turning it down at the time will only affect the announcements until the system is reset at ignition off.
