FL2 door lock

Hi,

Anybody here with insight into my problem? My FL2, 2012 model, SE spec, has an issue with the left front door locking mechanism. It locks and unlocks perfectly using the remote, but I am unable to manually unlock it from the inside of the car.

Cheers

Then I would say the manual linkage from the catch inside is either seized up or its broken, I think you will have to result in removing the door card to have a look?

Having similar issue, except mine only works manually, not via remote.. Smile

This link should help with the DIY part.

I have removed the door card, but could not find anything wrong.
Here is some more info to my problem. When you lock the car using the remote or manually, the front passenger door cannot be opened from the inside. But, when you unlock just the driver's door using the remote, then the problematic door can be unlocked/opened from the inside. It is as if this door always "double lock mode" when being locked.

Dealer has no answer to this.

I have a similar issue. My rear passenger door eater stays unlocked, or stays locked.. Its cheaper to manually lock & unlock.
I have noticed that if I double lock, then the door locks & if I double/triple unlock the door opens.
