What tyres do you have on?

Just a quick poll to see who runs a/t or road tyres , thought it might be interesting to see how many of us opt for a/t

I'm on Goodyear wrangler A/T SA

I though the Scorpion Zero's were summer tyre only ??? don't think mine are marked as M&S so I may have to go outside and check

They were a new tyre when I got mine! They were not advertised as M+S but as they were my summer rims I was not bothered to be honest! Obviously it's a bonus that they are.

Had to vote "winter" as there's no option for "all season". Rolling Eyes

Anyway:-
Nokian Weatherproof on the front.
Pirelli Scorpion Verde on rear.

I've winters on at the mo,Pirrelli Scorpion ice and snow, fitted to a set of Evoque 19" wheels. Typically the temperature has stayed above 10 degrees apart from the day I swapped the wheels over.

Are M & S branded tyres classed as summer, winter or all season tyres ?

"What are “M+S” tyres?
“M+S” tyres, or Mud and Snow tyres, have been specially designed to improve your car’s performance in mud and fresh or melting snow. “M+S” relates to the tyre’s tread design which generally has solid grooves and/or the tread blocks are spaced further apart than those on standard tyres. Some “M+S” tyres are also all-season tyres, suitable for all year round, however their performance is not as high as designated summer tyres in hot weather or Cold Weather tyres in cold weather. Not all Mud and Snow tyres have been tested as Cold Weather tyres. On the other hand, all Cold Weather tyres carry the M+S mark."

So it's about as clear as erm Mud?! Very Happy

I'm on Nokian Weatherproof all round as it saves any confusion!! Been on since the end of October and so far seem to be doing the job. Still waiting for any snow but if they guarantee we don't get any that's fine by me as people round here panic if someone spills white paint on the road!! FL No 1 - 2012 (MY2011) XS manual Firenze Red - Gone
FL No 2 - 2012 (MY2012) XS manual Barolo Black - SWMBO wanted one too!
FL No 3 -2013 XS SD4 Auto Santorini Black
Series III SWB Hardtop - long gone
110 CSW V8 - long gone
Discovery 1 200Tdi - long gone

Spare?

I'm curious Question as the Nokian Weatherproof is a directional tyre, what do people have as a spare?
