Updating music system's Gracenote

Anyone know how I go about updating my cars Gracenote system software in the CD player? It's not naming new CDs track lists!!

What model year Freelander do you have? Alpine or Meridian sound system?

Hi it's a 63 plate Dynamic and have the Meridian!

Not sure on the Meridian. But remember not all retail CD show track names.
