Adaptive lights

From time to time I get a warning that the adaptive lights have a problem. After I turn off the engine and start it again the warning is not there anymore and the adaptive function of the light works just fine. I've been to the dealer ,they said it was the software and updated it but after a while the problem reappeared.

Anybody with similar problems?

I have adaptive bi-xenon with dynamic headlamp levelling...

I had this problem as well. Once the car is turned off and then back on the light will go away for a time. Brought to the dealer and said it was fixed but light has still come on once again. I guess I'll tell them at the next service. Kind of annoying i have to admit!

I took the car to the dealer and they said the problem is solved.
It was something about the left light mechanism and the problem was occurring when the lights where adjusting vertically (up/down).
They did some software changes which I don't trust yet.
I'll have to wait and see...

I have the exact same problem. My LR2 didn't have the warning light at all for the first few months of ownership, but now it happens periodically.

Curious to hear if anyone finds out there's a fix for this.
