Hi all i have a 59 plate xs with I think a premium alpine stereo but it doesn't have 6 cd changer or dab. Can anyone tell me if I can change the head unit to the pioneer sph-da120 with Apple car play and will it effect my sat nav and parking sensors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
