Tips On Buying A Second Hand Freelander 2

Hello all,

I have the opportunity to buy a 4 year old Freelander commercial in very good condition from my fathers best mate.
My father knows the vehicle and tells me it is immaculate condition and has FSH.
I will view it next Saturday and will be hoping to buy it there and then due to it being at a real good price, basically what he was offered as a trade in plus a little extra off.

I wondered what I should look and listen for on the viewing, if there could be any obvious signs of future problems?
