What a difference

I have just fitted a set of Evoque 18" wheels and Pirelli Verde 235/60x18 tyres. They replaced the original 17" GS wheels fitted with Goodyear Wrangler 235/65x17.
The originals had covered 16k and abour 1/2 worn. Evoque replacemente under 1k

This has made an appreciable difference, A fraction more sensitive to pot holes (to be expected) but the overall improvement in handling and steering far outweighs the minus point. Car now feels much tighter.
Rear seat passenger also confirms improved ride.

This is my 3rd FL2 (+1 reject) second SD, I have never driven an HSE with standard 18" wheels to compare. All FL2's (3) Gone
2011 Mercedes C180 CGI Gone
FL2 GS Auto SD with heated leather, factory tints, alloy spare and a few other bits.

Finland

I have 19in alloys with Pirelli Verde All Season

It has been -12 here and snow last few days, i have been travelling around with no problems whatsoever... and not all on normal roads.

I also love the look of the 19in although some people dont like them for handling reasons etc.

I paid EUR600 for my tyres for those interested. Thumbs Up
