Yes it is the last full day of owning a Freelander. Tomorrow it is going to the garage and possibly somewhere with its brothers and sisters or to a new home. Sad in some ways but we do have a need for a 7 seater and it is time for a change. Ex 2010 Freelander2 GS-e Diesel manual Silver owner

Pity you just posted you need a 7 seater .. I'm trading in a ford galaxy 2.2 174bhp with leather .. Car is perfect apart from the air con isn't cold .. Fantastic car , get over 46mpg on a run .. 2009 with 33000 miles Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

Thanks for the offer of the ford but that is one make I loathe, Had too many problems even with new ones to even consider one. Had a ford escort which was so light on the back it needed a sack of sand to hold it down and a ford mondeo new which could easily be overtaken by a farm tractor. And that was a completely new one and the ford dealers turned their back on me.
I don't think a ford galaxy is a 4x4 or even a crossover vehicle and the one you kindly offered is older that the freelander that I have. I even had a ford explorer, very comfortable car it was just a case of which moves faster- the speedo or fuel guage, again from new.

So again thank you for the thought but it is not the type of vehicle I want. The new nissan 2014 Xtrail Tenka fits the bill perfectly so that is what I am getting tomorrow hopefully Ex 2010 Freelander2 GS-e Diesel manual Silver owner
