Radio/CD player acting funny ..!

Anyone had any problems with their radio /CD player, mine started doing odd switches from CD to radio but not other way.!!
Started last week thought it might be traffic alerts but happened at different places, switched off traffic alerts but still happening
Whenever I play a CD it will suddenly jump to a radio station Any Radio station FM , dab am ......???

Anyone any thoughts before I ring the dealer .....??? Banging Head Banging Head Banging Head Wales
